Your data remains accessible for reporting even after subscription expiry — you will not lose historical records. Features within the application disable on expiry, but report access continues. We do not auto-renew, so you stay in control.
Pricing is per-employee. If you add employees mid-cycle, you're only charged for the remaining months in your billing period. Reductions take effect at the next renewal — not mid-cycle. No surprise bills.
Ongoing support includes compliance updates, user training, and technical assistance. Our team is reachable for queries, and the platform includes in-app guidance for common tasks like payroll runs, asset registers, leave configuration, and statutory filings.
