Is EZII affordable for an early-stage startup?
Yes. Pricing is per employee, starting at ₹50 per employee per month with a ₹1,000 monthly minimum — no rigid plans. Add people and pay more; reduce headcount and pay less at renewal.
Does EZII handle ESOP perquisite tax in payroll?
Yes. EZII handles ESOP perquisite valuation along with HRA, Chapter VI-A deductions and other perquisites, so TDS and Form 16 reflect them correctly.
When do PF and ESI apply to a startup?
PF registration is mandatory once an establishment has 20 or more employees, and ESI generally applies from 10 employees in notified areas. EZII calculates contributions automatically once you are covered and generates the ECR and ESI upload files.
